Welcome to Sweet Ridge Maples! Established in 2023 and located in the small town of Franklin, Vermont. My name is Cole Campbell, owner of Sweet Ridge Maples. My passion for maple sugaring began in 2016 while working at my family’s sugarbush in Florence, Vermont.  I was fortunate to learn the ropes of maple sugaring from them and knew that I one day wanted to have my own business. 

When I met my fiancé Riley, I was fortunate to find out that her family also has a passion for maple sugaring. Her grandfather and stepdad are both in the maple sugaring business. I was given the opportunity to start Sweet Ridge Maples on family land in Franklin. 

Dark to dark, 7 days a week, I was working to set up a sugar woods that had never been tapped before and would run efficiently. 

Here at Sweet Ridge our goal is to produce some of the world's best and highest quality maple syrup for people to enjoy. We dedicate the winter and spring months to keep the woods, building and equipment clean and well organized to have a successful sap and maple production. Our maple syrup is made from 100% certified organic sap. Our sap is gathered, boiled and canned in Franklin, Vermont.
